These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients who join The 6-Figure Creative Club via our funnel offer: £550 for a 30-day trial, followed by £650/month thereafter.

1. Overview This Website is owned and operated by Betsy & Francis Ltd trading as ‘BETSY & FRANCIS’ (collectively and individually referred to as ‘BETSY & FRANCIS’, ‘We’, ‘Our’, or ‘Us’). These Terms govern your participation in The 6-Figure Creative Club (‘the Course’ or ‘Program’), including the payment plan and cancellation policy specific to our funnel-based membership option.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) carefully prior to purchase, use or access of any of Our products or services, including Our online courses (‘Courses’). These Terms apply to all Website visitors, subscribers, clients, customers and all other Users of the Website (‘User’, ‘You’ and ‘Your’) and set out the information relating to Your use and enjoyment of the Courses.

2. Course Access and Fees You may access the Course by signing up via the official application funnel and paying the initial fee of £550 for a 30-day trial period. After this trial period, your access will automatically continue at £650 per month, billed monthly, unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Your Course begins immediately upon payment of the initial trial fee (assuming your application has been successful). Continued access beyond the 30 days is contingent upon monthly payment.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your application at our sole discretion.

3. Method of Payment All payments must be made via debit/credit card or other electronic payment methods as specified at checkout. You authorise us to automatically charge your payment method for the recurring £650/month membership fee after the 30-day trial has concluded. Missed payments may result in paused or revoked access.

4. Refund Policy We offer a 30-day “love it or leave it” guarantee during the initial £550 trial fee. If requested within this period, no monthly payments are due thereafter.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of original purchase

No cancellations are offered after this 30-day period.

5. Cancellation & Termination After the initial 30-day trial, you may cancel your membership at any time after your initial 6-month commitment. Cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.

We may terminate your membership immediately without refund if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or act in a way that harms our business or other members.

6. Intellectual Property Rights and Testimonials All Course materials are our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use them for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or share any content without express written consent.

If you provide a testimonial (in any format), we may use it in promotional materials.

7. Confidentiality You agree to respect the privacy of other members and to keep all Course content confidential. Sharing content outside of the Course is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use You may not use the Website or Course content to:

  • Compete with our business

  • Violate laws

  • Harass others

  • Infringe intellectual property
